Josh returns to the Territory with a career defined by elite-level player development and international leadership.

His professional journey with football in the NT began between 2012 and 2015, where he worked extensively across remote communities to establish Indigenous football programs.

Since then, he has built a formidable reputation within the professional game, joining the organisation following an 18-month tenure as the Head Coach and Head of High Performance for the Solomon Islands National Team.

His extensive coaching pedigree includes multiple Head Coach roles within the South Australian NPL and State Leagues, alongside international technical work with the Vanuatu National Football and Futsal Teams.

Within the Australian professional tier, Josh has held coaching and technical roles within the academies of Adelaide United and Central Coast Mariners.

During these periods, he worked alongside some of the country’s premier technical minds to mentor and transition elite youth talent into professional careers abroad.

This high-performance background is complemented by his work as the founder of a specialised football-specific gym in Adelaide, utilising his Bachelor of Health Science to integrate physical performance with technical excellence.

Currently an AFC Pro License Candidate, Josh is committed to implementing modern, long-term pathways and a high-performance culture for Territory players.

His unique combination of international management, A-League academy experience, and deep-rooted knowledge of the NT landscape positions him to lead the next era of football development in the region.
